1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. Purchases made after 2:00 PM Central Time from Monday to Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify it. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at hello@sentientthebrand.com, and we will do our best to assist. However, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially if the order has already been shipped.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders within Mexico.
4. How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping costs vary by destination:
- United States: $40 USD (3–6 business days)
- Canada: $45 USD (4–6 business days)
- Other countries: $70 USD (6–15 business days)
5. Are there additional fees for international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by the destination country. These costs are not included in your order total and must be covered by the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery time.
1. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for domestic orders (within Mexico) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, international orders and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Can I get a refund for my return?
At this time, we do not offer refunds. Returns are only accepted for exchanges.
3. What condition does the product need to be in for a return?
Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, dustbags, and any additional components included.
4. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@sentientthebrand.com with your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and the product or size you’d like in exchange.
5. How long does it take to process an exchange?
Once we receive and approve the returned product(s), we will ship the exchanged item(s) within 10 business days.

Next-generation materials are innovative, vegan and sustainable alternatives to traditional animal leather. At SENTIENT, we source materials such as cactus leather and Oleatex, derived from plant-based resources. These materials are designed to save animals from cruelty and exploitation, minimize environmental impact, using fewer natural resources and producing significantly lower carbon emissions during production.
2. How are SENTIENT products manufactured?
SENTIENT products are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans in Mexico. Each piece is made with care, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern sustainable materials. This process ensures that every product not only meets the highest standards of quality but also supports ethical and sustainable practices.
3. Why are there variations in my product’s appearance?
Because our products are handcrafted using plant-based materials, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural. These unique features are part of what makes each SENTIENT product special and distinct.
4. Are your products vegan?
Yes, all SENTIENT products are made from next-generation, plant-based leather alternatives, ensuring they are entirely vegan and cruelty-free.
5. What should I do if I receive a defective product?
If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within six months of purchase at hello@sentientthebrand.com. We will repair or exchange the item free of charge.
To maintain your product:
- Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
- Store in a cool, dry place, ideally in its dustbag.
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or oils.
