Order Processing

Orders may take up to 48 hours to be processed. Purchases made after 2:00 PM Central Time from Monday to Thursday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional events or sales periods, please allow additional processing time due to a higher volume of orders.

Order Verification

Orders are subject to product availability and payment method approval. If there are any issues with either, you will be notified promptly.

Domestic Orders (Mexico)

All orders within Mexico are considered domestic. Sentient offers free shipping for all domestic orders. Delivery timelines will be determined by the contracted shipping company. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is confirmed, which will include an estimated delivery time. Typical delivery times are:

  • Mexico: 2–5 business days (free shipping).
International Orders

All orders outside of Mexico are considered international. SENTIENT offers worldwide shipping at an additional cost. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is confirmed, which will include an estimated delivery time.

Important Information About International Orders
  • International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and fees, which are determined by the customs department of the destination country. These costs are your responsibility and are not included in your order total. Sentient does not have control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
  • Sentient is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or transit.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates provided by our carriers and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make adjustments or modifications. If changes are needed, the current order must be canceled, and a new one must be placed. In the event that the customer decides to cancel their order to create a new one, Sentient cannot ensure, guarantee, or be held responsible if there is no longer availability of the items or if the prices of the items have changed.

Cancellations After Shipping

Once a product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. Sentient processes and ships orders quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed. Please ensure all order details, including shipping addresses, are accurate before completing your purchase.

Refund Timing for Cancellations

Cancellations may take up to 15 business days to process. Once you receive the email confirming the cancellation of your order, please note that the refund process may take between 5 to 30 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

Rejected shipments

If an order is rejected upon delivery, shipping costs, duties and taxes incurred will not be refunded. We strongly recommend that you review your order before shipping, and provide accurate information.

Liability & Protection

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping once the item is received by the courier. You must contact the courier directly regarding transit and delivery issues. 

Prohibited locations

We reserve the right not to ship to specific countries at any point in time.
